This self-paced, beginner-level course is designed to defuse the fear of electronic artwork and provide a thorough understanding of the general purpose and details of the sm@rt Artwork Readiness Guidelines. It is intended to teach non-technical people how to apply these guidelines in day-to-day business and provides valuable knowledge for any industry professional whose work involves the handling of customer-provided artwork.
 
To fully experience this course, you should have Microsoft or Netscape browsers versions 5.0 or higher and the latest Macromedia Flash player. PPAI recommends the following system requirements:
 
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, or XP
  • Processor: Pentium II 233 or higher; Pentium II 233 MHz required for Windows XP
  • RAM: Windows 95, 98, and NT – 128 MB or higher; Windows 2000 Professional and XP – 128 MB or higher
  • Monitor: VGA
  • Internet Connection Speed: 256K or higher
  • Web Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher
  • Playback: Sound card and speakers recommended.
